Cancellation Policy
Please allow 48 hours notice before canceling without a fee.
Any appointments canceled or changed within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% service charge.
NO SHOW -or- cancelations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incure a 100% service charge.
We understand life happens, so we offer a 10 minute grace period for any appointments greater than 15
minutes. If you are going to be late, please, give us a call. If we cannot accommodate you after the grace period, a 50% service charge will be applied and you will forfeit the appointment.
